Give the gift of photos

The Light Sessions provide a way to thank and encourage meaningful people in your life by showing them how incredible they are (via photography). No need for a special occasion – these are informal "just because" photos for those who have been a light to you or others.

My goal is to photograph the recipient in their element, as they are. I want to capture joy in their eyes, whether they're working on their motorcycle or snuggling their new baby. Give a Light Session to your son for photos with his family while he's home on leave, to your best friend for a self-affirming reminder of how you see her, or to your wife for that photo session she's been asking about for quite some time.

Best of all, not only does a Light Session include beautifully hand-wrapped prints from the recipient's session, but it also contains a personal message from you thanking them for being a light. I'll coordinate every detail. Your gift will make their day.

STEP 1: SELECT A SESSION

Mini Light Session*

- A gift card that can be A) mailed to you to hand-deliver to your person of choice or B) mailed directly to the recipient.

- A 30-minute session, digital downloads of the fully edited images (10-15), and full print rights.

- A beautifully hand-packaged collection of ten 4x6 professionally printed photos from the recipient's session, along with a printed version of the words you've provided about them (letter-style), mailed together to the recipient's home.

Full Light Session*

- A gift card that can be A) mailed to you to hand-deliver to your person of choice or B) mailed directly to the recipient.

- A pre-session consultation, a 90-minute session, digital downloads of the fully edited images (45-60), and full print rights.

- A beautifully hand-packaged collection of one 8x10, three 5x7, and twenty 4x6 professionally printed photos from the recipient's session, along with a printed version of the words you've provided about them (letter-style), mailed together to the recipient's home.

STEP 2: Write a note & give light

Head on over to the online store to select the Light Session of your choosing. The checkout form will prompt you to enter information to help me coordinate the gift card delivery and to contact them to schedule their session. The form will also give you a space to write a short note to your person. In the final packaged gift, your note will be transposed into an enveloped letter for the recipient to read (like the one shown below).

STEP 3: Deliver your gift card

During checkout, choose for me to mail your gift card to the recipient or choose to hand-deliver it yourself. The amount paid will not be indicated on the gift card, only "Mini Light Session" or "Full Light Session." The envelope will also contain brief details so they can contact me to schedule their session! 

STEP 4: The final product

As soon as I'm done editing the images, uploading the digital gallery and printing photos, a beautiful package will be shipped to the recipient! The aesthetic details of the package may vary slightly from the ones pictured below (I try to tailor them to each recipient), but I put great care into making sure they compliment the awesome contents.
